The road season is now behind us, so cyclists have to find other ways to keep themselves entertained. Andreas Leknessund is no exception, but the Norwegian proves to be quite skilled in an unusual hobby: diabolo. At a gathering, he showcased his juggling talents to the great delight of the audience present.
A diabolo is an object (two plastic bowl-shaped parts connected) used for juggling. It originates from China and is mainly used in circus performances., but for Leknessund, it certainly isn’t his first time.

The now 26-year-old Leknessund began his pro career riding for Uno-X, then spent several years with Team DSM (now Picnic PostNL), but since 2024 has been back with the squad from his home country.
The all-rounder completed 75 race days during the past road season and made multiple appearances near the front. He became Norwegian elite road race champion for the first time, placed fourth in the Région Pays de la Loire Tour, and finished sixth at the World Time Trial Championships in Kigali, Rwanda.
