Puck Pieterse adds Trofeo Alfredo Binda to her schedule
Puck Pieterse will start the Italian women's classic Trofeo Alfredo Binda on Sunday. This was announced by her team Fenix-Premier Tech. Initially, the race was not on Pieterse's schedule.
"We have a little surprise to start the weekend: Puck Pieterse has added the WorldTour one-day race Trofeo Alfredo Binda to her program," said Fenix-Premier Tech. Pieterse made her debut in the race in Lombardy in 2024 and immediately finished third. Last year, she finished seventh.
Another notable name in the lineup is Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado, who will make her road season debut. Her last road race was nine months ago at the Tour de Suisse. Additionally, Yara Kastelijn, Flora Perkins, Lotte Claes, and Carina Schrempf will be participating.
