Unibet Rose Rockets has announced the next reinforcement for 2026. The team is signing the German Jannis Peter, who you might remember from the Czech Tour. There, he narrowly beat Cian Uijtdebroeks and Junior Lecerf in a thrilling finish.
The 24-year-old German is joining from the continental team Vorarlberg. Peter can climb well, as we already saw in the Czech Republic. Besides his victory in the Czech Tour, he also won a stage in the Oberösterreich Rundfahrt in 2025 and finished second overall there.
Peter is officially the fifth signing at Unibet Rose Rockets. Earlier, Niklas Larsen, Dylan Groenewegen, Elmar Reinders, and Mattyas Kopecky had already been recruited. WielerFlits also reported on Wednesday that Karsten Feldmann will join the team.
