Cofidis has finalized its roster for 2026. The French WorldTeam announced Edoardo Zamperini on Friday. The Italian is transferring from Arkéa-B&B Hotels' development squad, which, like the WorldTeam, is ceasing operations at the end of the year.
The 22-year-old Zamperini became the Italian U23 national champion in 2024. However, he rarely had the chance to showcase that jersey since he spent a large part of his season racing with Arkéa-B&B Hotels' main team. This year, he did clinch a tough stage victory at the Orlen Nations Grand Prix.
With Zamperini's signing, Cofidis has completed its lineup for 2026. The team had earlier secured riders including Jenthe Biermans and Hugo Page. Aime De Gendt and Jonathan Lastra are departing. Dutch rider Jan Maas still holds a contract with the French squad through 2027.
