Isaac Del Toro has been rewarded by the UAE Emirates XRG team management for his strong season. The Mexican will make his Tour de France debut in 2026 alongside Tadej Pogacar.
The 22-year-old Del Toro had an outstanding 2025, with no fewer than 18 UCI victories. Most of these were at .1 or .Pro levels, but that will change in 2026. The Mexican has been given a program mainly featuring WorldTour races.
It starts as early as February, when Del Toro will line up at the UAE Tour. After that, Strade Bianche and Milan-San Remo are on the schedule, followed by Tirreno-Adriatico and the Tour of the Basque Country. In the lead-up to the Tour, the Tour d'Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes awaits.
Normally, Del Toro will ride much of his program alongside Pogacar—although the Slovenian has yet to officially announce his schedule. In 2025, Pogacar raced the UAE Tour, Strade Bianche, Milan-San Remo, the Dauphiné, and the Tour de France.
