Puck Pieterse starts spring season with big goals at Strade Bianche

Fenix-Premier Tech has revealed Puck Pieterse's race program. The 22-year-old rider, who wrapped up her cyclocross season in early February with the World Championships in Hulst, will wear a race number again for the first time on Saturday. She will do so at Strade Bianche Donne. After that, many more major classics are on the calendar.

Just like in 2025, Pieterse will again focus solely on one-day races this spring. While she raced ten spring classics last year, this time it will be eight or nine. Last year, she kicked off her road season a bit earlier, with Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Omloop van het Hageland. This year, she starts with Strade Bianche Donne this coming Saturday.

A day later, Pieterse will also line up at the Trofeo Oro in Euro, where she finished second last year behind Karlijn Swinkels. The Italian block does not end there, as she will also compete in Milan-San Remo again. Afterwards, she contests two Flemish races: Dwars door Vlaanderen and the Tour of Flanders.

Paris-Roubaix penciled in
Paris-Roubaix Femmes (April 12) is also on her provisional schedule, but tentatively. It will be confirmed later whether she will indeed participate in the Hell of the North. What is certain is that we will see Pieterse again in the hilly trio of Amstel Gold Race, La Flèche Wallonne, and Liège-Bastogne-Liège. Last year, she finished third, first, and second in those races, respectively.
