Great news for Scope Cycling. The Dutch company will supply wheels next year to both INEOS Grenadiers and Polti-VisitMalta. The wheel builder from Eindhoven already collaborates with Picnic PostNL and is therefore significantly expanding its sponsorships. It is a nice boost for CEO Nieck Busser, who will celebrate the company’s tenth anniversary in 2026.
The Dutch company is entering a three-year partnership with both the British and Italian squads. Scope Cycling’s goal is to take the next step in developing the ultimate wheel with both teams. With INEOS Grenadiers, the collaboration is based on innovation, performance, and the shared ambition to win the biggest races in the world. Specialists from the team and Scope Cycling will work together on the next generation of wheel technology. The British team will race with Scope wheels on the road and during time trials.
“This partnership reflects our dedication to delivering the best wheels on the market,” says Busser about the partnership with INEOS Grenadiers. “It provides us with the ideal foundation to conduct thorough testing, continuously improve, and pursue excellence together—with a clear long-term vision focused on winning the Tour de France.” Carsten Jeppessen, Head of Performance Operations, is very pleased with the collaboration. “After a detailed testing process, it’s clear that Scope is the logical partner for the future.”

A slightly different approach with Polti-VisitMalta
The collaboration with the Italian Polti-VisitMalta is mainly focused on product development. Scope is set to contribute to the challenges that lie ahead for the ProTeam in the coming years. “We are very proud of the collaboration with Polti-VisitMalta,” states Busser. “It’s an organization that breathes cycling. We want to provide their riders with the best wheels on the market. With input from legends like Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso, based on product development and testing—and a team active in the Giro d’Italia—this is the perfect platform to push boundaries.” According to team manager Fran Contador (the brother of Alberto), the partnership offers his squad performance-driven advantages in the coming seasons.
