AG Insurance-Soudal is the next team to unveil its kit for 2026. The women's team will feature green tones in the jersey, following the men's team, but that’s not the most striking change. Kim Le Court’s champions jersey has been completely redesigned.
While last year the jersey of the Mauritian rider was often compared to the rainbow jersey, there will be no confusion about that in 2026. The new kit is a blend of colors: red, dark blue, yellow, and green dominate. This is a tribute to the flag of Mauritius.

Le Court’s old champions jersey sparked debate last season because the jersey strongly resembled the rainbow jersey worn by (then) world champion Lotte Kopecky. “I am myself, I come from Mauritius, and I try to be unique. Hopefully, today is a statement: Mauritius is a country, this is not a knockoff jersey,” Le Court felt compelled to defend herself after winning Liège-Bastogne-Liège.
“I’m proud of where I come from. It’s a very small island, and I’m very happy to show it to the world.” Although she is proud of her jersey, she said she would ‘to some extent’ have preferred a different design. “So that I wouldn’t get such negative comments. People were very harsh on social media. But it’s not my choice that the flag of my country looks like that.”
“The UCI also approved the jersey. This is simply what the flag looks like. Lotte and I are friends. She doesn’t mind and doesn’t complain, so that’s the most important thing.” At least next year, Le Court won’t have to fear hateful commentators because of her champion’s jersey.
