Decathlon CMA CGM poaches key domestique from Tadej Pogačar

Decathlon CMA CGM sees Sivakov as the ideal support rider for the prodigious talent Paul Seixas. Signing Sivakov aims, among other things, to convince Seixas that the French team is the right place to continue his career.
